Monday, January 2 – 258 lbs
New Year- 2017. Holidays have been hell on my self-control. Being home around the food isn’t good.
Monday, December 19 – 256 lbs
Week 2 is going great. I feel fine and am loving the eating plan.
Thursday, December 8th – 268 lbs (Day 1 of One Meal a Day)
I have started a new weight loss plan.
Monday, October 3rd – 259 lbs YAY!!!! I broke into the 250’s. I know it’s only 1 pound but I’ll take it.
Monday, September 26th – 261 lbs
Steady in the low 260’s.
Monday, September 19th – 262 lbs
Not a great two weeks. First was recovery from Daughters Birthday and trying to get motivated to walk again. Then last week I was sick so no workout at all, but I didn’t gain weight.
Monday, September 12th – 264 lbs
Almost made it to the 250’s but instead I enjoyed by daughters birthday cake and junk food. Oh well back at it this week.
Monday, September 5th – 260 lbs
260 Pounds may still seem heavy to some but I have been this close to 250 pounds in years. I am super excited to see next weeks weight. 259 pounds would feel amazing!!!!
Monday, August 29th – 263 lbs
Last week I only walked 1 mile a day. I was taking is slow in preparation for the Spartan 14+ miles Beast Obstacle Course race. As you can see there wasn’t a loss but I am happy that I didn’t gain any weight either.
Sunday, August 21st – 263 lbs
This week I am down 3 more pounds. I believe this is a realistic weight loss.
Sunday, August 14th – 266 lbs
I am not sure why I lost 7 pounds last week but I’ll take it. I don’t want to loose the weight too fast. I would like to give my skin time to adjust to the weight loss so I don’t have too much loose skin. I knows its only been one week so I am not to worried.
Sunday, August 7th – 273 lbs – Blog Starting weight.
